Traditional Indian Cookery Course

The aim of this course is to allow participants to cook traditional Indian food from scratch. You will be introduced to key spices and fresh ingredients that are used to create mouth-watering masterpieces. Each participant will cook a traditional curry, starter and either pilau rice or chapattis. Every participant will be given the opportunity to cook a curry of their choice, a starter course and either fresh chapattis or aromatic Pilau Rice from our menu.

Advanced Indian Cookery Course

The aim of this course is to follow on from the basic course where participants cooked traditional Indian food from scratch. On this course you will be taught how to further advance your skills with a range of different ingredients. You will be introduced to new skills which promote the use of fresh vegetables, lentils and a range of meat and seafood. The menu for this course will contain more advanced dishes like Aloo Tikki, Seek Kebabs for starters, for main dishes there will be options for Saag, Biryani, Dhaal dishes and for deserts Kulfi ice cream as well as sweet pilau. Each participant will have the option to cook a starter, main dish, sweet dish and a selection of our sundries from the menu on the right.

For this course we can offer a bespoke menu, if there are any items not on our menu, please email us after you have booked and we try our best to cater for these.
